I'm Whitney Paige, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, mother of four with baby five on the way, homesteader, and founder of Grounded Nutrition.

I've spent nearly twenty years studying nutrition, rebuilding my own health, and supporting thousands of women in improving their relationship with food and their bodies.

What I've learned is that most women don't need food to become more complicated. They need it to become simpler, more supportive, more consistent, and more connected to real life.
